Truly enjoyed our stay, totally recommend this place. It was a luxurious and absolutely great hotel in a good area, short walk to underground transport, underground,50 mtrs and the nearest metro station. Incredible staff team in night shift, everything was good. The location was great, minutes from Julius Tandler-Platz.

Internet in the room for a fee... In the lobby for free, but work is impossible!

The location isn't the best, but since the tranport is very good there, it's no problem.
When I got there, my key didn't work and I was told that the maintanance responsible had just left and wouldn´'t come back for the next hours. No internet. Very small bathrooms. The staff, specially a bold guy (we don´t remember the name), seemed that we were doing them a favor by staying there. He treated us badly and wasn´t helpful in any way. I don't recommend.

The most I liked is that it is located like in the middle of everything beautiful and important in Wienna, it was like short walk (up to 20 minutes) to everywhere I wanted to go and see...

Good breakfast
No wi-fi in room, old and broken wardrobe
-
missingWrote a review on 24 Octbroken air conditioning
The air conditioning did not work for the first three nights of our stay, made the heat unbearable. The communication with the night staff regarding the aircon issue was frustrating as they struggled with English, and it took too long for us to be moved to a more comfortable room.

The toilet and bath were in seperate rooms.
There was a fan/compressor under the room which was loud and caused vibrations when trying to sleep.

Particularly good and absolutely perfect location in the beautiful gardens of the residence of the Emperors of the Austrian Empire, public parking nearby. Elegant and neat units with unfortunately twin bed, especially TEA AND COFFEE in the bedrooms, for example.
